Haydn is a Social Worker and founded Ark Support Coordination in 2019. He oversees the implementation of Ark’s strategic plan.

Olivia is a Social Worker who joined Ark in early 2020 with experience working in the mental health sector. Olivia assists with the implementation of Ark’s strategic plan and oversees the general functioning of the organisation.

Kiki is also an expert on all things NDIS, and is our go-to person when trying to comprehend legislation and NDIS nuances. Kiki has been with Ark since early 2020 and has experience as both leading a team of, and being a Specialist Support Coordinator.

Grad Dip NDIS Business, Grad Cert ECE, B Ed Additional Needs

Kim is one of the University of New England’s first graduates of the Dip. in NDIS Business. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector in managerial and board member roles. Kim brings invaluable insights to the leadership team, being both an NDIS participant herself and mother of NDIS participants.

Emma is a Senior Social Worker who specialises in legislation and justice at Ark. With us since early 2023, Emma leads the Kimberley team, drawing on her experience across the region. Emma has prior experience in mental health, child protection, substance use and hospital social work.

Matt is a social worker and has been with Ark since early 2021. Matt has been an SSC and Team Leader for a number of years, and more recently has been in the role of acting Operations Manager. Matt oversees the day-to-day operations of the SSC aspects of Ark Support Coordination.

Georgia is a Senior Social Worker and Specialist Support Coordination, leading a Perth based team. With Ark since 2022, Georgia has a passion for assisting clients in the mental health and justice systems, utilising her previous experience in justice, child protection, behaviour change and FDV.

Nikkia is a Senior Social Worker with extensive experience as a Specialist Support Coordinator. Joining Ark in 2022, Nikkia has a passion for assisting clients with intellectual disabilities and those using alcohol and other drugs. Nikkia’s prior experience includes foster care case management and disability support work.

Maddy is a Social Worker and has been at Ark since early 2022, primarily providing Specialist Support Coordination for participants with psychosocial disabilities and involvement with the justice system. Maddy has previous experience working in FDV and school Social Work. Maddy also provides Capacity Building Social Work supports at Ark, including psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments, as well as managing intake for our Social Work services.

BSocSci, BSW

Dannielle provides Capacity Building Social Work services and facilitates Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments at Ark. Dannielle is an experienced Social Worker who previously provided SSC to NDIS participants with complex psychosocial disability. Prior to joining us in late 2022, Dannielle worked in the child protection system and both youth and adult mental health settings. Dannielle uses a neuro-affirming, person-centred and strength-based approach to her work.

Bachelor of Social Work, Masters of Counselling

Jo facilitates Ark’s Discovery Sexuality Counselling and Education program. Since joining Ark in early 2022, Jo also provides Specialist Support Coordination and Clinical Supervision. A Senior Social Worker with a Masters in Counselling, Jo has worked within the NDIS sector since 2016. Prior to this, she worked as a counsellor in private practice (counselling) and has work experience in child protection and the foster system.
