Haydn is a Social Worker and founded Ark Support Coordination in 2019. He oversees the implementation of Ark’s strategic plan.

Olivia is a Social Worker who joined Ark in early 2020. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the SC/SSC aspects of Ark Support Coordination, while also retaining a small number of SSC clients.

Kim is one of the University of New England’s first graduates of the Dip. in NDIS Business. She has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector in managerial and board member roles. Kim brings invaluable insights to the leadership team, being both an NDIS participant herself and mother of NDIS participants.

Melissa oversees Ark’s Social Skills Training and Discovery Programs. She is a Social Worker with additional experience in human resources management prior to her social work studies. Melissa works with a small caseload of Programs clients.

Leah oversees the operations across our two South West offices in Bunbury and Margaret River. Leah has a passion for working with people experiencing complex mental health concerns as well as people using substances.

Tim is a Social Worker with a passion for working with our most complex SSC clients. Tim has led the establishment of Ark’s Kimberley operations and moved permanently to the region in early 2022.

Bec joined Ark at inception in 2019 and has been instrumental in the formulation of our identity and values. Bec’s unparalleled and industry-leading skillset originate from her experiences caring for her late son Marc, and their interactions with the disability and health/palliative care systems. Bec leads our paediatric and complex care SC/SSC team.

Kiki has been with Ark since early 2020 and leads a team of our Perth based SSCs. Kiki is an expert on all things NDIS, and is our go-to person when trying to comprehend legislation and NDIS nuances.

Matt has been with Ark since early 2020 and is one of our Perth based SSC Team Leaders. Matt is a Social Worker who is passionate about supporting participants with complex mental health/justice system involvement. Matt also provides specialist consultancy services to help develop NDIS literacy within the community.

Emma is a Social Worker with experience across health, mental health and youth government agencies in Perth, the Kimberley and the Pilbara. She is currently in Perth leading a team of SSCs.
